Managed email security
Phishing, spoofed senders, and malicious attachments filtered before they reach an inbox, because email is still the way most attacks start.
No pitch, no contract. The intro call is for understanding your situation, not selling you a solution.
Your staff are the target. Their inbox is the front door.
Business-email compromise does not need malware. A convincing message from a "vendor" with new banking details, or from the "CEO" asking for gift cards, is enough. Built-in spam filters catch the obvious; the attacks that cost money are built to look normal.
We put a managed layer in front of your mail that understands impersonation, not just spam.
What's included
Advanced filtering
Phishing, impersonation, malware, and spam detection beyond the built-in Microsoft 365 defaults.
Attachment and link protection
Attachments are detonated in a sandbox, and links are rewritten and checked at click time, not just at delivery.
Impersonation defense
Messages that spoof your executives, your domain, or your vendors flagged or quarantined.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Your domain configured so others cannot send as you, and so your legitimate mail is trusted.
Account takeover detection
Unusual logins, new forwarding rules, and mass-mailing behavior caught early.
User reporting and training
A one-click report button for staff, and regular simulated phishing so they stay sharp.
What you get
Fewer dangerous messages delivered
The ones designed to look routine are the ones that get stopped.
Your name protected
Attackers cannot send as your domain to your customers.
Staff who report instead of click
A culture where "this looks odd" gets forwarded to us.
What happens next
- A 30-minute intro call. You tell us about your business, your network, and what prompted the call. We ask questions, listen, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
- A scoped, priced proposal. For most clients that starts with a fixed-scope assessment. You see the price and the deliverables before you commit to anything.
- Work begins on an agreed date. Changes are staged with a rollback plan, and you get a written summary of what was done.
Common questions
We already have Microsoft Defender. Is this redundant?
Defender is a reasonable base. This adds independent detection, sandboxing, impersonation controls, and someone managing it. Layers matter here.
Will legitimate mail get quarantined?
Some will at first. Users can release their own messages, and we tune rules in the first weeks until false positives are rare.
Do you run phishing simulations?
Yes, on a schedule you approve, with results used for coaching rather than blame.

You might be thinking…
It filters spam well and obvious malware reasonably. It is weaker against impersonation: the message from the "CEO" asking for gift cards or the "vendor" with new banking details. Those don't carry malware. They carry a request, and that's where the money leaves.
Your best people are the ones targeted hardest, and the attackers have their name, title, and calendar from LinkedIn. Training helps. A filter that stops the message before it's a test helps more.
When to call now rather than later
That's business-email compromise, and it's rarely a one-time event. Call today.
Without SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured correctly, anyone can send as you. This is a configuration fix with an immediate payoff.
That's the workflow attackers study. Protecting the inbox is cheaper than changing how finance works.
Book a call, or ask us to call you
A 30-minute intro call. We ask about your business, your network, and what prompted you to reach out, then tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If an assessment makes sense, we scope it and price it before any work starts. If something is broken right now, call us.
